As always, we ensure our ingredients are locally-grown and our meats are consciously selected to bring you the best of the bounty around us. We adore making memorable experiences happen. Life is worth celebrating and we are here to help you!

Charcuterie Board
A curated selection of local and European cured meats, delicious pâté and sausages served with house-pickled vegetables, olives, Dijon aioli, tapenade and cornichons accompanied with rustic breads.* Suggested for 20 guests and providing 1.5 oz/45 grams of charcuterie per guest plus accoutrements. (*all meats are gluten free).

Trio of local and imported cheese board
Featuring Pierre Robert, Comté, and Stilton with cranberries served with fresh and dried fruit, fig-orange jam, crackers and crisps (*gluten free crackers on the side). Suggested for 20 guests and providing 2 oz/60 grams of cheese per guest plus accoutrements.

Local and imported cheese board
A curated selection of 5 cheeses served with fresh and dried fruit, fig orange jam, crackers and crisps (*gluten free crackers on the side). Suggested for 30 guests providing 2 oz/60 grams of cheese per guest plus accoutrements.

Harvest mezze platter
Caprese skewers (gf/v), Spanakopita (v), Dolmades (gf/vegan) and Lebanese manakish served with marinated olives, grilled halloumi, falafel, and bruschetta with herbed mini naan. Suggested for 20 guests and providing 5 bites per guest.

Prawn cocktail platter
A gorgeous platter of grilled and chilled prawns, house-made cocktail sauce, dilled crème fraiche, cucumber spears, and lemon wedges. Providing a minimum of 50 prawns.

Peppered Beef Tenderloin
Thinly sliced and presented with horseradish, Dijon aioli, arugula and fresh potato buns. Served with Devour potato chips, roasted vegetables, and golden hummus (gf/v/*contains sesame). Providing 24 delicious sandwiches with 2 oz/60 grams of tenderloin per sandwich plus accoutrements (*please ask about gf free buns that can also be added as a side)

Poached salmon
A full side of gorgeous salmon served with blanched crispy vegetables, cucumber spears, pickled red onions and pink radishes, artichoke hearts, lemon wedges and capers.

Tea sandwich platter
A selection of finger sandwiches including egg salad, seafood salad, smoked turkey with cranberry aioli, and marinated cucumber with dill cream cheese served with sweet pickles and cornichons. Providing a total of 62 pieces per platter.

Vegetable crudités board
A beautifully presented seasonal selection of crisp vegetables (gf/vegan).

Fruit and melon board
Served with cinnamon syrup. (gf/vegan).

Dessert
Indulge your sweet tooth with our 50-piece dessert platter including Devour Madeleines, mini blueberry pannacotta, gluten-free cherry-chocolate brownies and Pretty Sweet squares, macarons and stuffed cookies.

Ole! Everything you need to make yourself the perfect taco. All you do is select your favourite filling and we bring the rest.

Our Taco Bar is served in multiples of 48 tacos 

Taco essentials include:
Both flour and corn tortillas, house-made salsas including pico de gallo, salsa ranchera, and salsa verde.

Cheddar and crumbled queso fresco, shredded lettuce and cabbage; cilantro crema, pickled red onion, jalapeno peppers, and guacamole. Presented with a selection of two authentic Mexican hot sauces and lime wedges.

Striped Perogy Bar

A beautiful and delicious food bar that will treat your guests to the ultimate Fall and Winter comfort food.

Each variety of perogy includes 50 pieces and an assortment of toppings.

Raw Bar

We can create a custom experience for you and your guests working with the phenomenal team at OysterTribe.

Bars start at $20 per guest with a minimum of 50 guests/servings.

Fresh and delicious Oysters
3-4 varieties of oysters ranging from the well-known Virginica and Myagi to the cherished Kumamoto and sought-after Olympia.

All paired with hot sauce and original recipe mignonettes.

In season Raw Bar offerings
Including freshly-shucked scallops and littleneck clams, which can include various sashimi presentations of line-caught “iki jime” fish from the South Pacific and world class wild-caught Canadian sturgeon caviar and other fish roes.

Bao Down Bar

Enjoy our build-your-own, fun and delicious Bao bar where you can fill fresh steamed buns with an assortment of tantalizing fillings and toppings.

Our Bao bar is served in multiples of 48 Bao buns.

Wine-braised boneless beef short rib, served over herbed celery root and potato mash with demi-glace and yam chip garnish. (gf) 

Yorkshire puddings and beef tenderloin
Enjoy this classic and seasonal British treat served toasty warm and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Medium sized stuffed Yorkshires with wine braised tender AAA Alberta Beef and demi-glace.

Swiss Raclette
An alpine favourite similar to fondue that is perfect for when it’s chilly outside. Enjoy a perfectly melted ‘slice’ of Raclette cheese individually plated in a small cast iron fry pan. Accompanied with your choice of fresh baguette, tender new potatoes, roasted winter vegetables, and gherkins. (v)

Grilled tempeh
Served over herbed celery root and potato mash with vegetable gravy with a yam chip garnish. (gf/v)

Chef-curated soup station
A cozy selection of delicious soups each served from a silver samovar with a special garnish. Options include:
Asparagus bisque (gf/v) served with a prosciutto wrapped breadstick.
Tomato basil bisque (gf/vegan) served with herbed focaccia crouton.
Potato velouté (gf/vegan) served with vibrant herb oil and purple potato crisp.
