Devour’s favourite way to say thank you is to have a party. We had such a fantastic evening in March at the Devour client appreciation party. A huge thank you to everyone who attended and made the evening such a fun celebration.

We are so genuinely grateful to everyone who invites Devour to be part of their celebrations. It gives us so much joy to be in a room full of people who also love to celebrate life. And there are more thank you’s to hand out… here we go!

From a hall transformed into a movie theatre dining room to custom-branded truffle popcorn packaging, we went the extra mile and took big screen inspirations to say a big thank you to all of our clients.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You

Thank you to the always wonderful Bryan McCrae at Filament Communications who designed the fabulous ‘Crackerjack’ popcorn boxes and movie ticket invitations.

Thank you to the amazingly talented and hard-working team at Stardust Event Group for transforming the Arrata Opera Centre rehearsal hall into a magical movie extravaganza with six movies projected on screens and on the ceiling that kept everyone entertained all night.

Thank you to Special Event Rentals for providing the rentals we needed and the fun details like the popcorn machine, red carpet, and velvet stanchions.

Thank you to Dana Goldstein and her company Digital Shoebox for making the amazing party trailer we sent out to guests the day before the party. If you want to know the movies we were watching – you can watch the version here that includes the titles. A great list if you haven’t seen them yet.

The end of the night is always bittersweet. Poof! It all disappears. Thank you to the wonderfully amazing and tireless Devour team who worked so hard that day (and night!) to pull the room together, serve all our wonderful clients, and then clean it up and make it disappear at the end of the night.

Congratulations to the ‘Name The Movies’ contest winners; Kendra and Rebecca. And a very special congratulations to Hannah Kerbes who was the lucky recipient of the ‘Golden Ticket’ (a la Willy Wonka) for a Devour tasting dinner.

This long list of thanks is testament to the fact that great celebrations are a team effort. There would truly be nothing to Devour without each and every one of you! We are already looking forward to next year’s party. I hope you are too.
