Our wonderfully cozy Pork Vindaloo is perfect to pull out of your freezer on a cold Winter’s day to warm you up inside and out. Melt-in-your-mouth Alberta pork loin prepared in a warmly spiced curry sauce full of tangy, bright flavour. Perfect to serve with rice or warm Naan bread. It will be picked up frozen and is  very easy to re-heat in a 1 L vacuum sealed bag (no mess!).
