Delivery and Ordering Information

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We do request a minimum of 48 hours notice for items that we have readily available. If you are looking for a custom menu or custom boxes, we will require at least five days notice. Of course, the sooner you connect with us about your event, the better.

Will Devour be looking after the delivery of my order or will it be another company?

We are currently looking after all of our deliveries ‘in house’ with our fantastic Devour team members who are now ‘serving’ you from their vehicles instead of while in your home or office.

Do I need to contact you or can I just place my order through the website?

While we do have many items available in our online store, we do still like to have a conversation with you about your delivery event so we can be sure we are providing you with exactly what you need and bringing it to you when you need it.

Customizing Your Order

I have guests with special dietary needs. Can you accommodate them?

We are happy to suggest alternative menu selections for your guests with dietary concerns. Just let us know well in advance so we can plan something delicious.

Am I able to add items that are not from Devour into my delivery?

We are more than happy to include additional items such as branded materials, bottles of wine, or gifts with your order. We would need to confirm that all materials arrive at Devour prior to your event date with clear instructions. Please contact us for more information.

Is it possible for my guests to place their own orders and for my company to pay all at once?

Yes! Please contact us so we can set up a dedicated event page just for your team so everyone can order what they would like.

If I need additional dishes, tables, or linens for my delivery order are you able to help me with this?

Yes of course! We are happy to coordinate any additional items you will need to ensure your celebration is perfect. Please contact us for how we can assist you.

What if there’s a problem with my order?
