Summer Sensations
The beautiful weather is finally here! After spending so much time indoors over the last couple of months, we are all happy to get outside and enjoy the sunshine. Even though the way we can celebrate has changed – it’s more important than ever that we do.
We have launched our online ‘Devour Market’ for our summer experiences and we are excited to share it with you. We have been cooking up some creative menus and ideas that will give you a few different ways to celebrate while staying safe. We can still enjoy the summer whether it’s in our gardens, driveways, public parks, or around your dining table. It’s time to get together and enjoy some delicious food. We will change the menus monthly.
Fantastic Father’s Day
It doesn’t really matter who is the King of the Grill in your house with this delivered Devour Experience for Dad. We are making it easy to get some sparks flying with everything you need for a spectacular dinner together. Deadline to place your order is midnight on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 for pick up on Saturday, June 20th or delivery on Sunday, June 21st.
Supporting Local
We have some fun items available this month as Exceptional Extras for the Father’s Day package that we are excited to offer all month long. We have great socks from Calgary social enterprise Sock Rocket that are guaranteed to put a smile on your face (and your feet!). We are also featuring a beer tasting kit from Dandy Brewery that will be perfect for sunny afternoons on your back deck and comes complete with tasting notes. And if you haven’t tasted Annex Sodas then you must quench your thirst by trying their Saskatoon Lemonade and their Root Beer. We will be offering these in 4 packs containing two of each flavour. They are great on their own or perfect as mix for a cocktail! And last, but not least, our popcorn of the month is Salted Caramel Maple Bacon…yes, you read that right, all those things TOGETHER. You must try it to believe it.
Picnic Perfection
You will be fully prepared for an afternoon in the park with this lovely picnic ‘basket’ built for two. Better yet why not plan a physically distant backyard party where each couple on your guest list can have their own ready-to-enjoy basket? Designed to be devoured al fresco, everything you need for a Monet moment is included: compostable cutlery, plates, napkins and the option to add beverages. Fill Your Freezer with Devour Love
Here at Devour, you know we are all about spreading the love through food and celebration. With that in mind, we have created a special limited edition menu that you can stock in your freezer for the days when you want to Devour some goodness. You will get some Devour family favourites; Chicken and Leek Pie, Coconut Carrot Bisque, Summer Fruit Crisp, and a large bag of our all time favourite Black Pepper Truffle Popcorn. Digitally Divine Dinner Party
Hosting a dinner party while staying apart is entirely possible with this perfectly prepared menu. With options starting at $75 per guest, you will be a divine host in the digital realm. We can deliver your dinner to several different addresses and everyone can ‘meet’ up on Zoom and raise a glass while you all enjoy a delicious dinner ‘together’.
